IMPORTANT DATES FOR SEPTEMBER

Saturday, September 20th: Welcome Back Party at 2:00 pm

Friday, September 26th: Discovery Day Rehearsal during regular class time (mandatory for all dancers performing at Discovery Day!)

Saturday, September 27th: Discovery Day on Norfolk Town Hill from 3:00-6:00!

WELCOME BACK PARTY TOMORROW

Hello families! Becky Ventura has offered to host a welcome back party for all EDYI dancers and families on Saturday 9/20! The party will begin at 2:00 pm at 210 Warren Dr. Norfolk.

DISCOVERY DAY

Discovery Day will take place on Saturday 9/27 from 3:00-6:00 pm on Norfolk Town Hill!

Dancers should arrive no later than 2:30 wearing a black leotard and black legging

Hair should be in a slick performance bun and dancers may wear light makeup

HALLOWEEN PARTY FUNDRAISER

We’re hosting our first fundraising event of the season on October 4th! These events help cover the extra costs for group dance costumes used in competitions, so it’s essential that all dancers participate to support the team!

Dancers 12 & up: we need your help running the event!
Dancers under 12: you’re more than welcome to attend. You can get your ticket using the QR code below.

Let’s come together, have fun, and make this a huge success — so every dancer can shine in their costume!

If your dancer cannot attend, email Jen director@exhaledance.com, otherwise we will see everyone there:)

HIP HOP COMPETITION INFORMATION

I’m excited to share that this year, we will be bringing our Britney Spears‑themed Hip-Hop production to our competitions, including Nationals!

To cover the costs associated with this piece — including competition entry fees, costumes, and shoes — there will be an additional monthly fee of $40 for all dancers participating in this production.

If you have any questions about this new production, the fees, schedules, or anything else, please feel free to reach out to Miss Melissa at your convenience.
