Dear Families:
I am reaching out to inform our dance family of a small speed bump we hit last week pertaining to our Nutcracker performance. I was informed that Medway High School has a major wiring issue in their theater rendering the venue unable to house our Nutcracker performance. The team at Exhale quickly regrouped and worked together to find a solution and a new venue. We are excited to announce that our Nutcracker will now be held at the Kennedy Middle School in Natick (165 Mill Street Natick, MA, 01760) on December 9th at 11am and 2:30 pm. (Show time and date will remain the same!) This state of the art auditorium was built less than two years ago and will allow us to produce a memorable performance of our Nutcracker. I truly feel blessed and cannot help but believe this little speed bump will ultimately lead us to a seamless, highly professional production.
Unfortunately, due to after school activities they will not allow us to rent the school during the evenings for our dress rehearsal. Our dress rehearsal will now be held on Saturday, December 2nd at the Kennedy Middle School in Natick. Here is the EDYI schedule:
9:30-1:30: EDYI 1-5
9:30-4pm: All leads
*I hope you all echo my sentiments in stating that this dress rehearsal change may be a blessing in disguise. The dancers will now have a week to rest and recover from dress rehearsal, along with an opportunity to have a good night’s rest the eve before the big day! It will also give our staff ample time to resolve any production issues that arise at dress rehearsal.*
